Loss, Memory and Healing

Loss, memory and healing is a zine that was created for students, emerging designers, and activists who are interested in how design can participate in emotional and political life. Rather than offering design as a tool of efficiency or resolution, this frames visual practice as a vessel for remembrance, a ritual of witnessing, and a form of care. We explore how type, color, composition, material, and image can communicate when words fail, and how design becomes part of the social fabric of mourning and resistance.
